A great article in the mail about social marketing......
"A man called Thomas Cook, a holiday firm without a sense of humour, and how a small company scored a PR victory over the travel giant thanks to Facebook"

Does anybody here have experience of using social media for marketing ?
I'm not talking about getting a squillion pointless twitter followers, experience of creating a meaningful campaign.
