Typical inward thinking yank. Dot com is a global must have to operate. Most UK businesses, if they can, will secure the com and .co.uk. I also don't believe for one second, the nominet figures on domains registered. How many of the domains dropping get re-regged? 10%?

A worthy article would be how Nokta are terrible at pricing the market and make looking at a profit on a dropping .co.uk while they're selling the .com at less than a fifth of the price you'd consider selling the .co.uk

That's a genuinely ludicrous thing to say. Are you really suggesting Nominet is making up its statistics?
